What happened

The practice had built a genuine specialism in sports chiropractic and a community of patients who referred others consistently. The pipeline from digital channels was inconsistent and expensive relative to the results it was producing.

We began with competitive research across the local market to understand how the practice's target audience was searching, what the competition was spending, and where the opportunities for efficiency existed.

Google Ads campaigns were built around the highest-intent search terms for the practice's priority services. Facebook campaigns were layered in to build local awareness and reach audiences who had not yet expressed intent but were likely to, each with creative built and tested against the specific objective of its channel. Both channels were optimised daily to keep CPC and CPA as low as possible while maintaining volume.

Retargeting was introduced across on-site and off-site touchpoints to follow up with prospective patients who had engaged with the practice's content but had not yet booked. The booking journey on the website was reviewed and friction points were removed to ensure traffic arriving from campaigns converted at the highest possible rate.

Bookings increased 300% in six weeks. ROI came in at 21.2%.
