What happened

Richmond Station had earned its reputation the right way. Carl Heinrich brought Top Chef Canada credibility to a restaurant that delivered on it every service. Regular diners knew it. The digital presence was not helping new ones find it.

Before any content was created, we ran a full social audit. Every platform was reviewed across content type, posting cadence, engagement rates, hashtag strategy, caption quality, and audience behaviour. The audit determined the strategy. The strategy determined everything that followed.

The content programme was built around one principle: show the restaurant as it actually is. Food photography captured the care in the kitchen. Behind-the-scenes content gave the audience access to the people who made each service possible. Short-form video brought the atmosphere into the feed in a way that made people want to be there.

A content calendar was built around the restaurant's programming, seasonal menus, and cultural moments. Giveaways and community initiatives were introduced to grow reach organically within the audiences most likely to become regulars.

Engagement increased 87%. The 20 to 35 demographic grew 17.2%, bringing a new generation of diners to a restaurant they discovered through their phones.
