THE STUDIO BOOKING PROCESS

01. Initial Enquiry
Contact us via studio@boldxcollective.com to enquire about studio availability and rates. Share any specific details or vision you have for your shoot, and we can plan a specifics together based on this.

02. Quotation
Based on your vision we will provide a detailed quotation. This will include the breakdown of costs, studio rental time, and any additional services you may have requested (e.g., scriptwriting, marketing, makeup, hair, etc).

03. Booking Confirmation
Once you agree with the quotation, you can book your time by scrolling down this page. If there is any key information we need to know, please include it in the notes section on the booking form.

04. Deposit & Waiver
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. You can pay using the link our team will provide. The booking is only confirmed once payment is made. You will receive a confirmation email from studio@boldxcollective.com and a waiver to sign.

05. Pre-Shoot Planning
Share your detailed vision, shot list, or any specific requirements you have in advance. Our team will assist in planning and coordinating any additional resources or equipment needed.

06. Shoot Day
Arrive at the studio at your scheduled time at 101 Innovation Dr. Unit 3. Our team will assist you throughout the shoot to ensure everything goes smoothly. Please note that if you are 20 minutes or more late for your shoot, we must cancel the shoot unless we hear from you at 647-492-6551.

07. Completion
After a successful shoot, you will receive watermarked content to review. You get three revisions per content piece (photo, video, podcast). All of this communication will occur via email by an editor at BOLD x COLLECTIVE.

08. Payment & Delivery
An invoice will be sent to you, and payment can be made using the same methods as the deposit. Once the final payment is received, we will deliver the completed work as per your specifications.
