2,497 Leads in One Month Launching and Marketing a Digital Academy

Pain Points

The Sultan’s Tent & Café Moroc, a Toronto-based restaurant, has served authentic Moroccan cuisine and entertainment for over 20 years. However, with the outbreak of COVID-19, they were forced to close down as per city guidelines. The restaurant had to pivot its business model to keep the brand alive while respecting restrictions.

Goals and Objectives

The goal was to keep the Moroccan culture alive while respecting the pandemic restrictions. To achieve this, Bold x Collective assisted the restaurant in launching a takeout & delivery menu, a gift basket program, and a unique dancing experience called Sultana Dance Academy. The objective was to create a strategy for the newly launched academy and promote it through various digital marketing channels.

How Bold x Collective Helped

Bold x Collective created a strategy for promoting the newly launched Sultana Dance Academy. The strategy involved:

  • Promoting in-person and online video classes.

  • Creating a strategic landing page with a sign-up option.

  • Designing all digital marketing collateral.

  • Implementing an email marketing strategy and social media management for lead generation.

Outcomes

The Sultan’s Tent team was amazed by the results. Within one week, the team received 36 sign-ups for the academy. Within one month, they achieved 2,497 actions and 170,683 impressions for Sultana Academy.
